Turnaround: We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping delays may occur due to production and/or weather. orders are shipped Monday - Thursday from 8am - 5pm.

Tracking: If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates: We offer Free Shipping within the contiguous United States.
We do not ship outside of the contiguous United States.
Back Orders: If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns/Exchanges: If there is a problem with your order, please notify us by email within 72 hours of receipt. Return/exchange requests must be received within 72 hours of receipt and will be accepted or denied on a case by case bases.
